I’m looking for a program or operations leadership role in aviation or education where I can drive KPI-based improvements, strengthen industry partnerships, and ensure regulatory compliance—while leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.

I’m a strategic program manager and aviation professional with 5+ years of experience leading workforce development initiatives, higher education programs, and regulatory compliance. I’m known for translating complex operational requirements into measurable business outcomes and clear executive communication.

In my current role as Manager, Aerospace & Flight Experience at Polk State College, I lead strategic planning and daily operations for an aerospace and flight education program serving over 250 students. I manage cross-functional teams, develop and track KPIs across enrollment, retention, completion, and workforce outcomes, and oversee regulatory compliance while maintaining program quality standards.
