I’m a people-first program and operations manager with nine years of experience leading workforce development, training, security, technology, and process improvement in complex, high-accountability environments.

I’m known for rapidly mastering unfamiliar systems and moving initiatives from concept to execution with minimal oversight—especially when priorities are evolving and outcomes must be measurable. I delivered a 97% compliance improvement, reduced onboarding time from 12 months to 3 months, and supported training operations for 500+ personnel.

I build structure where it’s needed most: I led a four-person redesign of employee onboarding and integrated required training into role qualification to accelerate time-to-readiness.
