What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can combine special education expertise and nonprofit leadership to improve student outcomes, grow family engagement, and lead fundraising initiatives.

I am a dedicated special education professional with extensive K–12 classroom and district-level experience, holding a Master of Science in Emotional Handicaps and Learning Disabilities. I have taught across middle and high school settings, developed individualized programs, and supported teachers with curriculum, compliance, and data-driven interventions.

As a volunteer leader, I have led large parent-teacher organizations and community nonprofits — launching major fundraising initiatives, managing a $250,000 budget, and coordinating hundreds of volunteers and dozens of committee chairs. I successfully designed the school’s first Fun Run, raising over $60,000, and expanded sponsorship and community partnerships to strengthen long-term funding.

I bring a collaborative, strategic approach to program design and family engagement, partnering with administrators, district staff, and community leaders to align initiatives with student needs and school priorities.
