I’m a Product Manager who builds business intelligence and analytics products that teams can deliver and stakeholders can trust. I led the company-wide migration from Looker to Omni, successfully transitioning ~30 dashboards through roadmap planning, cross-functional coordination, QA, release management, and organization-wide training.

I define product roadmaps with executive partners, own backlog prioritization, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. I also implemented a centralized product intake process to create a single source of truth for stakeholder requests, improving visibility and enabling more effective backlog prioritization.

I manage two Agile engineering teams on two-week sprint cycles and oversee analytics initiatives across marketing, financial, customer, and lead-generation reporting. I leverage AI to accelerate requirements gathering, user story creation, KPI development, documentation, and product planning, while setting success metrics and KPIs for product initiatives.
