What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my healthcare data interpretation, quality-control, chart-review, and quantitative reasoning skills to AI training initiatives and other analytical work that turns complex information into clear, actionable insights.

At Scripps Health, I lead systemwide health information management programs, partnering with administration, medical staff, client operations, and revenue cycle leadership to strengthen compliant operations.

I analyze statistical data with Slicer Dicer and Crystal Reports, perform quality reviews and chart analysis, and built a workflow that captured previously lost loop-recorder charges. I also supervise 4 Data Integrity Specialists and 7 Document Review Coordinators across document imaging, document management, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Previously, I supported three major Epic implementation waves, trained teams and community-connect clinics, and reviewed records for accurate HCC information at Conifer Health Solutions. I'm eager to bring my quantitative reasoning, chart interpretation, and data visualization skills to AI training initiatives.
