What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-focused role where I can create personalized experiences, coordinate projects and operations, solve problems proactively, and contribute to a collaborative team in a remote-friendly environment.

I've planned personalized domestic and international trips at Viajes Terranova, matching flights, hotels, cruises, and travel options to each client's needs, budget, and preferences.

I manage reservations and support travelers before and during their trips, quickly resolving unexpected issues such as flight cancellations with alternative solutions.

As Founder and Creative Project Manager at Chartam Studio, I manage the complete client experience from consultation and creative concept development through production, revisions, and final delivery. I coordinate multiple projects, schedules, deadlines, priorities, and production requirements while building personalized client relationships.

I've also supported daily operations, scheduling, customer experience, social media, content creation, and community engagement as Managing Partner and Community Manager at Gypsy Indoor Cycling.
