I’m a Customer Success Lead at TerraPay, where I lead LATAM operations for cross-border payments, working with banks, wallets, and payment partners across multiple countries.

I started in a more operational role as a Senior Associate and was promoted directly to lead the region, taking ownership of building and scaling the LATAM network. My work has focused on onboarding partners, managing integrations, and activating payment corridors that drive transaction volume and revenue growth.

I operate at the intersection of customer success, operations, and commercial strategy. I manage strategic accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Compliance, Operations), and ensure partners go live successfully and scale over time. A big part of my role has been navigating regulatory and operational complexity across different markets while maintaining execution speed.

Prior to TerraPay, I led a commercial team in logistics, where I managed a revenue pipeline of $400K–$500K monthly, achieved a $4M annual target, and improved partner engagement and retention through structured account management.

I’m particularly interested in high-growth tech and fintech environments where I can continue building and scaling operations, owning revenue-driven relationships, and contributing to expansion across markets. I enjoy roles where I can combine execution, strategy, and customer interaction to drive measurable impact.

Outside of work, I’m interested in travel, fitness, and continuous learning, especially around fintech, global payments, and scaling businesses.
