I'm looking for a data, operations, or analyst role where I can investigate inefficiencies, improve processes, collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams, and continue developing my analytical and technology skills.

At Intact Insurance, I manage claims files across five lines of business, triage roughly 350 documents daily, and resolve missing-information issues by cross-referencing internal systems. I also partnered with IT and management to surface workflow pain points and improve claims processes.
