I am a multilingual journalist with over three years of freelance experience in transcription, translation, data annotation, and voice-over work. I combine storytelling instincts with meticulous attention to detail to produce high-quality content across broadcast and digital media.
I have hands-on experience in TV and radio presentation, news reporting in English and Swahili, and functioning in a Master Control Room for transmission. I also edit and package programs, and I have operated production equipment as a studio technical operator intern.
As a freelancer I provide voice-over services, transcribe and translate media, and annotate data for research and media projects. I have additionally worked in customer service, which has strengthened my client-facing communication and complaint-resolution abilities.
