What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a newsroom and broadcast team where I can research, write, and produce bilingual stories under tight deadlines, keep verifying facts across sources, and grow my TV and radio production skills.

I’m a journalism and broadcast media professional with practical experience covering corporate, sports, and entertainment news for a leading media association in Kenya. I research, write, and deliver accurate stories across broadcast and print formats, with a strong focus on clarity, speed, and reliability.

In my recent reporting work, I researched, wrote, and filed published news stories spanning sports events, corporate campaigns, and brand activations across Kenya. I also obtained official media accreditation to report on a FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifier and produced bilingual copy in English and Swahili.

I conduct on-the-ground interviews with athletes, coaches, and corporate executives in live, recorded, and press conference settings. I collaborate closely with editors and PR contacts from major sponsors, ensuring my stories reflect both journalistic ethics and real-world context.

Trained in radio production, audio editing, and TV production, I’m comfortable from pre-production through final edit—handling camera operation, lighting, sound, and post-production. I’m equally focused on verifying information from multiple sources and communicating fluently in English and Swahili to reach diverse audiences across Kenya and East Africa.
