Marc Jayson Concha

Hi, my name is Marc, and Ive worked as a data processing associate for almost 2 years in Appen Philippines. My work there is to analyze queries based on images to see if they are relevant or not, and I also did an image and video annotation task.

In my previous role as a freight specialist at Swanleap, I was responsible for outbound/inbound calls for tracking and scheduling of shipments, supporting data entry, recordkeeping, analyzing reports processing freight claims, and the audit process.

As a virtual assistant, I developed excellent communication and problem-solving skills. These skills, combined with my ability to multitask and prioritize, make me an ideal candidate for the virtual assistant position. I am confident in my ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
