At OPTICAS F&C, I led a 12-person team across e-commerce operations, inventory planning, purchasing, fulfillment, and delivery coordination. I reduced operating and logistics costs by 60% through digitization and process improvements.

At SAMU (Ministry of Health), I coordinated emergency logistics, ambulance transport, resource allocation, and continuity of critical services. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I coordinated emergency response activities involving more than 200 personnel across participating services.

I also supported the EVACAM Department’s aeromedical evacuations, coordinating critical patient transfers with MINSAL, the Chilean Air Force (FACH), and Carabineros. My work included patient-transfer prioritization and contingency response across agencies.

At VOOLTA, I coordinated a 15-person operational team and technology-product imports from Asia to Chile, from overseas purchasing and maritime freight through customs clearance and local distribution. I also developed CONTROL TOWER 360, an independent business analytics project exploring KPI dashboards, demand planning, inventory risk, and operational decision support.
