What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative or operations support role where I can coordinate workflows, maintain accurate records, support customers and teams, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

I've supported OneCart's grocery-order operations by picking, packing, processing, and tracking customer orders while meeting delivery deadlines.

As Supervisor 2IC, I help coordinate daily workflows, monitor shopper productivity, support onboarding, allocate tasks, and escalate operational or customer issues when needed.

I've also handled administration at an Internet Café, including data entry, document preparation, email management, scheduling, filing, payment processing, and customer support for online applications.
