I'm looking to contribute in plant maintenance, project management, engineering, operations, or process development roles where I can improve reliability, quality, energy efficiency, and industrial O&M systems.

I've delivered plant maintenance, project installation, and operational support across manufacturing and process industries for more than 29 years. Through Manya Associates, I provide industrial project consulting, O&M support, equipment installation, maintenance-system training, and low-cost industrial automation solutions.

At Mega Rubber Technologies, I led maintenance and shifted, reinstalled, and recommissioned equipment and utilities for a new Hosur factory within 15–20 days. At Suzlon Energy, I led maintenance and projects for wind-turbine blade plants, supported SB-46 production-line setup, and delivered energy and SAP PM improvements that reduced costs and inventory.

My experience includes SAP PM, MM, and WM; preventive, breakdown, predictive, and autonomous maintenance; electrical and mechanical installation; utilities; commissioning; ISO documentation; and project coordination for power and wind-energy facilities.
