At Siemens, I've led approximately 100 power-sector projects totaling about INR 9,750 million and 500 MW of installed capacity, achieving 3–8% cost savings across most projects. I manage projects from post-sale execution through final customer handover, including budgets, schedules, contracts, claims, risks, vendors, revenue, and site delivery.
Over 19 years, I've delivered steam turbine, boiler, biomass, and wind-power projects with Thermax, Usher Ecopower, Enercon India, and Johnson Controls India. I've helped set up 16 MW and 1 MW biomass plants, installed about 65 wind turbine generators totaling roughly 50 MW, and bring Mechanical Engineering, PM@Siemens project-management certification, ISO 9001:2015 internal-auditor certification, and hands-on leadership of project teams.
