I'm delivering SAP PM support at Infosys for AstraZeneca, resolving complex L1–L4 functional incidents through ServiceNow, root-cause analysis, controlled transports, and GxP-compliant release management.

Previously at Tata Projects, I spearheaded functional design, blueprinting, and configuration across the SAP S/4HANA PM lifecycle for a Greenfield implementation. I mapped engineering workflows into SAP, designed preventive and corrective maintenance processes, and led migration of technical objects using SAP Data Management Cockpit.

My work spans SAP PM integration with MM, QM, and FI-CO, including spare-parts procurement, calibration inspection loops, maintenance cost settlement, and budgeting. I've also authored test scripts, performed unit, integration, regression, sanity, and UAT testing, and supported cutover, go-live readiness, training, and user documentation.

Before consulting, I built hands-on industrial maintenance experience at KEC International, Simplex Infrastructure, and Genius HRTech, working with heavy earth-moving equipment, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, spares, budgets, MRP, procurement, and inventory management.
