What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can support customers, manage documents, and handle data entry with accuracy. I’m available for full-time or part-time positions and I’m excited to grow in a team that values clear communication and reliability.

I’m a detail-oriented customer support and administrative assistant with hands-on experience in client-facing service, document management, and accounting support. Through my apprenticeship at a real estate company, I resolved client inquiries, directed requests, and strengthened my ability to handle daily operations accurately.

I’m comfortable maintaining organized physical and digital document archives and supporting administrative workflows under direct supervision. I enjoy keeping information structured and reliable, so teams can move faster and clients feel properly supported.

Alongside my practical experience, I’m currently pursuing a Systems Engineering degree, which keeps me focused on efficient, structured problem-solving. I work well independently and I’m actively looking for remote roles where I can grow while delivering dependable support in customer service, virtual assistance, and data-oriented tasks.
