At ICBD Holdings LLC, I lead finance transformation across a 25+ entity healthcare group, working with the CFO, CAO, CIO, and finance and IT teams. Process improvements, integrations, controls, and automated checks save 100+ hours each month, and month-end close has moved from 21 to 15 days, with a target of 10.
I built the project delivery system in Asana to track a 90+ project portfolio, and established the budget process and Power BI-to-NetSuite sync. I also fixed the Coupa-to-NetSuite integration with an issue tracker, automated daily error reports, and a daily standup.
At American Health Associates, I led NetSuite finance systems operations and owned fixed assets and lease accounting across Auto, Equipment, and Property portfolios. I identified and corrected 100+ over-depreciated assets through reconciliations, and led a major lease project go-live. Earlier, I led data product and reporting delivery at Capgemini and improved warehouse operations at SpeedGas.
