At Firebrand Technologies Group, I manage and mentor the finance and HR teams across three companies. I set up processes that reduced month-end close from 10–15 days to 6 and migrated the company from NetSuite to QuickBooks Enterprise, saving $60K in annual fees.
I also introduced employee time entry in QuickBooks, enabling weekly utilization and budget-versus-actual reports for each SOW. I created asset valuations and cost models to support pricing against margin thresholds.
At Sensys Gatso USA, I managed finance, HR, and operational teams of 70+ employees. I researched historical transactions and processes and implemented changes to address almost a million dollars in annual lost revenue.
Earlier, at Creative Marketing Concepts, I implemented the company’s first ERP inventory control software and assisted with creating product BOMs; inventory control improvements reduced COGS by 18% in the first year. At EF Education First, I managed accounting staff, international intercompany AR and reconciliations, and financial functions across several operations.
