At IOR, I manage the end-to-end Purchase Order lifecycle in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. I create, amend, release and distribute Purchase Orders, and work with Accounts Payable to investigate invoice discrepancies and support three-way matching.

At Five Good Friends, I managed 100–150 purchasing requests and tickets daily across multiple business units. I created and maintained Purchase Orders, worked with Finance and Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices, and supported supplier onboarding and procurement process improvements.
