I’m a Senior Procurement Professional with 10+ years of experience managing complex sourcing and purchasing activities across shipbuilding, marine, manufacturing, and high-end fit-out environments. I bring a proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and operational procurement execution where supply continuity and delivery performance are business critical.

At Fincantieri S.P.A., I led end-to-end procurement across complex shipbuilding, refitting, and naval programs, aligning supply continuity with production-critical schedules in highly regulated environments. I managed high-level refitting contracts (including the Amerigo Vespucci restoration, the Cavour aircraft carrier, and the Windstar Cruise lengthening project) and supported procurement for the 190m Ritz-Carlton mega yacht.

I also owned a strategic supplier portfolio of 150 international vendors with annual spend responsibility of approximately €40M. I developed framework agreements, negotiated contracts and optimized terms, monitored supplier performance through KPI analysis (quality, delivery, lead times, reliability), and executed procurement workflows in SAP, including PO creation and resolution of delivery and invoice discrepancies.

Before that, I supported customers as a Customer Care Specialist and strengthened my commercial and analytical foundation through after-sales technical support, non-conformance handling, and order processing in Galileo. Earlier as a Buyer and Estimator, I worked on high-end marine and hospitality fit-out projects, preparing BOQs and cost estimates up to €29M and applying value engineering to deliver compliant, cost-effective solutions—today, I’m looking to bring that same operational rigor to an international organization.
