What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote customer support or chat support roles where I can use my strong English communication, time management, and problem solving to respond to customer inquiries quickly and keep support— and day-to-day account tasks—running smoothly.

I’m a BS English student at International Islamic University Islamabad, currently in the 3rd semester, and I bring strong written and verbal English communication to my work. I’ve supported customers through live chat and handled day-to-day seller account tasks.

In customer chat support, I assisted customers through live chat support, responded to inquiries, resolved basic customer issues, and maintained professional and timely communication.

In Amazon seller account management, I managed product listings and updates, monitored orders and inventory, and responded to customer messages and inquiries to keep operations running smoothly.

I’m now seeking remote opportunities in customer support, chat support, virtual assistance, and related roles where clear communication and reliable problem-solving make a difference.
