I’m looking to lead complex enterprise implementations end-to-end, manage delivery risk and stakeholder alignment proactively, and deliver measurable outcomes—while building practical playbooks that stabilize execution when plans change.

I’m a program management and enterprise implementation leader with 11 years across pre-sales, business analysis, enterprise accounts, and delivery in retail tech and enterprise SaaS. I work best “in the messy middle,” aligning client expectations, system realities, and team bandwidth to make execution succeed anyway.

Currently at Increff, I lead complex ERP, WMS, and OMS implementations for enterprise retail and supply chain businesses across India, MENA, and Europe—owning the full lifecycle from scoping and formal sign-off through payload mapping, UAT, and go-live.
