I’m looking for a role where I can manage secure IT infrastructure and data operations, lead onboarding/training, and keep systems reliable—while collaborating in a fast-learning culture and continuously improving quality.

I’m an experienced IT administrator and project manager with a strong focus on secure data management, hands-on troubleshooting, and training delivery. I adapt quickly to new technologies and stay effective in dynamic, high-responsibility environments.

In my most recent roles, I monitored and maintained Windows/Linux servers, routers, switches, and firewalls to keep operations stable and secure. I implemented site-to-site/user VPNs and remote-access gateways, scheduled encrypted backups, and drove security audits to flag and resolve vulnerabilities.

I’ve also supported high-volume data operations with strict confidentiality, maintaining 99%+ accuracy in EMR/ERP systems. Alongside that, I led and coached teams (up to 100+ distributed workers), designed onboarding/upskilling programs, and was recognized as “Best Team Captain / POD Support of the Year.”
