I've supported and migrated enterprise infrastructure for Ricoh USA, PG&E, IBM Global Services, and New York State OITS, spanning AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud, AIX, Linux, Windows, storage, and virtualization.
At IBM, I helped manage five datacenters and migrated more than 1,500 servers to cloud environments while building Power Virtual Centers and maintaining audit-ready decommissioning processes. At NYS OITS, I supported large multi-agency datacenters, implemented IRS audit recommendations, and set up secure FTPS across AIX, Mainframe, and Linux systems.
