I’m a results-driven Deputy IT Manager with 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting, network management, and system administration. I focus on providing reliable technical assistance and keeping business operations running smoothly.

I handle both hardware and software support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. I manage Windows Server (2012 & 2016) and client administration, including user policies, email creation from mail server, Active Directory, and ERP support with backup and recovery.

On the infrastructure and security side, I work with LAN and WAN networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and manage Fortigate Firewall user policies. I also support remote access using RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, and Ultraviewer, and I deploy and maintain SIP-based IP phones, CCTV surveillance, EPABX/IPPABX systems, and access controls—while coordinating vendors to reduce incidents by 99.9%.

I started with a Diploma in Computer Engineering (completed 2011) and built my foundation with cyber security basics, including Fortigate, endpoint security, malware removal, and data encryption. I bring a strong commitment to problem resolution, timely service responses, and uninterrupted connectivity for the whole organization.
