At Quess Corp Limited, supporting Indus Towers, I created and published daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and prepared MIS reports for stakeholders.
I monitored SLA/KPI performance, validated operational data, and analyzed trends to identify anomalies requiring attention. I also monitored incidents, tracked escalations, and coordinated with relevant teams on resolution.
I used Microsoft Excel for reporting and data validation, alongside Remedy, IAA1 Alarm Monitoring Tool, Power BI (Basic), and SQL. I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Rathinam Technical Campus, Anna University.
