At Flipkart, I supported FLIPPI, a voice-assisted AI assistant, and worked across product and operational teams to improve shopping experiences. I also analyzed purchase and return order data, coordinated vendors, supported product onboarding, and improved inventory and order operations.

My earlier work in AI and voice-data operations at Liv.ai gave me practical exposure to transcript workflows, machine-learning data preparation, and AI product environments. Across process consulting, product operations, data analysis, and customer experience, I focus on using operational insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.
