At UX Designer — 2DOT47 Consulting (Provus Suite), I designed the end-to-end AI agent experience for Provus CPQ inside the Salesforce ecosystem. I created a design system from scratch for Provus AI (40+ reusable components, design tokens, and a purpose-built color palette), extended the SLDS component library with 20+ custom components, and supported WCAG 2.2 accessibility compliance across the suite.

I simplified enterprise workflows across CPQ and PSA products—cutting an 8-step quoting process down to 4 steps using scenario-based user flows—and worked with CX to run 10+ customer testing sessions to validate AI feature adoption and uncover usability gaps. Previously at Triveous, I shipped 7+ features end-to-end, including a high-contrast elder care mobile app that supports elderly users and their families, and improved user engagement metrics by 25% through data-driven design iterations.

Earlier, as Product Designer (Founding Designer) — MLS Verifier, I owned information architecture, wireframing, UI design, branding, and deployment as the sole designer, shipping a live website using Framer. My work has been recognized at the G20 Summit and is live on the Google Play Store, and I’m happiest in cross-functional agile teams where design decisions stay aligned with business goals.
