What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end consumer research—CJM, segmentation, and NPS/CSAT—then deliver actionable insights to Service Design and CX stakeholders, especially in multilingual EU contexts with real impact on customers and revenue.

I’m a multilingual Consumer & Market Insights Researcher with 5+ years’ experience across primary and secondary research, customer journey mapping (CJM), market segmentation, and NPS/CSAT-driven behavioral research across German and wider EU markets. I progressed from UX & Customer Insights Interviewer to Assistant Researcher, and now I own full-cycle research design, analysis, and stakeholder reporting across Service Design and CX teams.

I design discussion guides and qualitative analysis frameworks to accelerate delivery for service designers and CX researchers, translating findings into business-focused, actionable insights—often under tight deadlines (e.g., a 12-interview, 27-page report). In my current role, I lead end-to-end CJM research for multi-market initiatives, conduct 100+ in-depth interviews across EU markets, and support brand health tracking and segmentation to inform marketing and brand strategy.
