I’m a multilingual Consumer & Market Insights Researcher with 5+ years’ experience across primary and secondary research, customer journey mapping (CJM), market segmentation, and NPS/CSAT-driven behavioral research across German and wider EU markets. I progressed from UX & Customer Insights Interviewer to Assistant Researcher, and now I own full-cycle research design, analysis, and stakeholder reporting across Service Design and CX teams.
I design discussion guides and qualitative analysis frameworks to accelerate delivery for service designers and CX researchers, translating findings into business-focused, actionable insights—often under tight deadlines (e.g., a 12-interview, 27-page report).
