What I'm looking for
I am seeking a challenging role in Human Resource Management where I can apply my broad skills and expertise to make a positive difference for the organization. As a Block Project Manager at National Rural Health Mission, I led a block-level team of almost 15–20 staff, planned and executed interventions, and liaised with government line departments, banking institutions, civil society organizations, and other external agencies. I was overall in-charge of finance and administrative functions and conducted extensive field visits to ensure quality program delivery. Earlier, as a Project HR Executive and Supervisor, I implemented HR policies, supported recruitment and salary negotiations, assisted HR in building transparent performance appraisal systems, ensured training calendars and pre/post assessments, and handled payroll management—while also supporting scheme supervision and talent initiatives.
