What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition—owning end-to-end hiring, employee onboarding, and engagement initiatives, while partnering cross-functionally. I’m also interested in supporting CSR/Government programs where compliance and stakeholder coordination matter.

I’m an MBA (HR) professional with over 3.5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. I manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and workforce planning—while maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and compliance.

I also drive employee engagement, training coordination, internal communication, and HR operations through HR reports/MIS and ATS-driven hiring efficiency. Beyond HR, I coordinate CSR and Government-funded projects by supporting proposal documentation, project planning, stakeholder communication, and compliance, including work on the FOSTAC (FSSAI) Empanelment Project.
