I am a Business Analyst and Project Manager with hands-on experience guiding agile product delivery for distributed teams and international clients. I combine user-centered requirement gathering, detailed documentation, and prototyping to reduce scope creep and accelerate feature lifecycles.

At Evicio I managed a 150+ item backlog, led Scrum ceremonies for an 8-person distributed team, and improved sprint velocity and sprint-goal completion through prioritized work and effective retrospectives. I authored SRS and scope documents, collaborated with QA to achieve high first-pass UAT acceptance, and reduced post-launch critical tickets by triaging based on user feedback.

I have prior experience in research-driven analysis and RFP/KYC documentation at Nagarro and supported project planning and risk management during an internship at Dialog Axiata. I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science and multiple certifications in business analysis and agile practices, and I seek roles where I can deliver measurable business value through clear requirements, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.
