I'm a Business Analyst with a foundation in UX design and digital strategy - a combination that lets me see requirements not just as documentation, but as the blueprint for experiences people actually want to use. I specialize in requirement elicitation, change request analysis, user story writing, and backlog management within Agile/Scrum environments.
