Facilitated cross-functional workshops to identify revenue leakage, built a component library, designed A/B tests, and introduced pixel-precision design QA processes.

Shaped end-to-end doctor onboarding and clinic management workflows for the Practo Prime app, reducing onboarding time from 4-6 days to under 4 hours. Designed B2B2C corporate health plan dashboards, launched a provider earnings dashboard, crafted web experiences for chronic care programs, and led accessibility improvements aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Led UX design initiatives across client projects in HR, EdTech, inventory management, and oil & gas, identifying usability gaps and improving workflows.
