At Amazon Kindle, I was the sole designer on Contextual Layers, an in-text layer for AI-generated context, and set its trust rules and quality measures before build. I also originated Book Pins and took them from concept to launch; the feature reached 446K+ readers, with 45% repeat usage after a first pin.
I built 60+ working prototypes with Claude Code, Cursor, and Kiro to test AI behavior and interactions before build. Earlier, at Getuwell, I led UX and service design for a healthcare platform supporting 600,000+ patients and redesigned workflows that increased patient throughput 56% across four testing sites.
At Rokt, I built an experimentation practice that moved testing from monthly to biweekly across 30+ experiments. As founding UX designer at Swift Shift, I shipped a nurse iOS app, a scheduler desktop tool, and an analytics dashboard, and designed a group call-out model that helped schedule managers save an average of $5,120 a year.
