I’m looking for a challenging role where I can enhance my skills through continuous learning, use my knowledge, and add value to the organisation.

At Busybees logistics and solutions Pvt Ltd, I work as an Associate in finance operations, handling weight reconciliation and disputes for B2B franchise and Ecom business.

I upload and audit shipment weights, resolve customer weight issues, and help close disputes. I also issue credit and debit notes and respond to customers by phone and email.

I prepare and summarize data on weight, revenue, realization charges, and credit note calculations. I use Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, to support this work.

Previously, I worked as a Customer care executive at IIFL gold loan bank, supporting branch customers and processing loan documentation. I’m looking for a challenging role where I can keep learning, use my knowledge, and add value to the organisation.
