I'm looking for an administrative or operations role where I can support leadership, coordinate cross-functional priorities, improve workflows, manage sensitive documentation, and help teams resolve time-sensitive issues.

At Shady Lane Construction, I support the Chief Operating Officer by coordinating executive priorities, confidential matters, special projects, permitting, subcontractor compliance, site logistics, and operational deliverables.

Previously at Calvert County Behavioral Health, I managed time-sensitive administrative workflows, provider and client inquiries, referrals, prior authorizations, insurance verification, and sensitive HIPAA-compliant documentation. I worked closely with providers, agencies, pharmacies, insurers, and clients to resolve outstanding issues and keep records accurate.

I bring clear communication, sound judgment, research, project tracking, financial documentation, and process improvement to fast-moving operations.
