At Burlington and Amazon I managed transactions, inventory, scanning systems, package sorting, and time-sensitive workflows—reducing discrepancies and preventing bottlenecks through disciplined attention to order and clear communication. I also supported security, opening/closing duties, and efficient staging for dispatch.

More recently as a Certified PCA Aide I provided dependable personal care, respected privacy and routines, and communicated effectively with clients and families. I seek opportunities to apply my analytical interest, reliability, and collaborative work ethic in roles that value process adherence and continuous improvement.
