I lead strategy and growth for membership communities and executive platforms, turning member insight into sustainable programs. Most recently, I built and scaled a national executive membership community for 290+ K-12 superintendents across 40+ states—generating the organization’s first $500K+ in annual membership revenue.
I designed the full membership lifecycle (prospecting, onboarding, engagement strategy, and renewals) and helped launch the organization’s first dues-based membership model, converting a grant-supported network into a sustainable community. Earlier, at World 50 Group, I co-conceptualized and managed a global executive platform that produced $4M+ in ROI through increased member value and enterprise adoption, and I’ve also brought a client- and learner-centered mindset from roles in financial advising and elementary instruction.
