At Masen, I advance Morocco’s energy transition through cooperation with African governments, multilateral institutions and international investors. I co-chair Joint Cooperation Commission sessions with partner governments and serve as the principal interface for international delegations.
For Masen’s Green Hydrogen Offer, I engage international investors and closed bilateral and multilateral cooperation agreements, from conception through implementation. I’ve also supported international fundraising by identifying financing needs with government institutions, development banks, embassies and donors.
Earlier, at ADEME, I coordinated the ADEME-AMEE institutional twinning programme between France and Morocco. At Dekra Certification, I managed client files from instruction through certification. I work in French, Spanish, English and Arabic.
