What I'm looking for

I'm seeking housing, property management, case management, or program leadership work where I can strengthen housing stability, maintain safe compliant properties, build landlord partnerships, and support individuals and families.

At Hopewell, I manage housing inventory, master-leased properties, inspections, maintenance, leases, rent tracking, and resident move-ins across an assigned region.

I've supported housing stability through roles with Manchester Housing Authority, Amherst Housing Authority, New England Farm Workers Council, and Housing Authority HCV/EHV programs. My work includes case management, eligibility screening, housing search support, landlord coordination, Section 8 administration, tenant relations, and affordable-housing compliance.

At Craig's Doors, I oversaw daily shelter operations, guest routines, safety, staffing schedules, payroll, incident follow-up, and community stakeholder tours.

I also bring experience leading customer service teams, supporting employment and community inclusion, managing classroom environments, and resolving client concerns. I value safe, responsive services that help people maintain housing, independence, and stability.
