I’m a sales-oriented Medicare professional with over 10 years of experience supporting Medicare beneficiaries through benefits review, enrollment, and customer-first issue resolution. In my current role supporting daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment, I engage customers with product selection, purchases, and issue resolution while maintaining merchandising standards and contributing to sales growth. As a Benefit Advisor at E-Health, I reviewed Medicare benefits with beneficiaries and recommended plans based on their needs. I enrolled clients in Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plans, analyzed existing coverage to identify additional available benefits, and earned CEO Circle recognition for top compliant Medicare Advantage sales during the 2023 AEP.

Earlier, I strengthened my foundation in accounts receivable and compliant sales processes, including processing billing information and insurance claims, verifying medical coverage, arranging repayment plans, posting customer payments, and contacting customers about delinquent accounts. I also served as a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent and a Bilingual Consumer Sales Supervisor, coaching teams, monitoring performance, and supporting employee development.
