I’m a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist with aviation MRO experience, combining 24/7 technical support with claims handling, quality assurance, and supplier coordination. I own cases end-to-end—from intake through coordination to closure—so airline teams stay unblocked and priorities remain aligned.
In my current role at Mobire Eesti AS, I prioritize a high-volume queue and drive resolutions by coordinating suppliers and internal teams. I also improve handovers and documentation to reduce back-and-forth and missed information, keeping communication clear and accountable.
Previously, I supported maintenance projects by running supplier RFQs, purchasing activities, and tracking lead times in Excel/ERP.
