I’m an HR and Communications professional with over 8 years of expertise in human resources management, executive support, and organizational communications. I develop and implement HR and communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and support business operations with strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

In my most recent role as HR&Communication Manager (2024 - 2026), I managed end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, coordinated employee onboarding and orientation, and organized internal training and employee relations matters. I coordinated internal communications and analyzed feedback for continuous improvement, ensuring organizational efficiency and strategic alignment.

Previously, as an HR Manager (2019 - 2023), I designed and executed HR strategies to balance organizational needs and minimize disruptions. I oversaw recruitment, screening, and onboarding, provided legal and procedural guidance to management on disciplinary issues, and developed communication strategies aligned with company goals—while collaborating with department heads to forecast workforce requirements and monitor employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
