I currently lead cluster transfer operations for SSR Resorts across Sun Siyam Irufushi and Siyam World, managing arrival and departure movements, charter scheduling, manifests, booking uploads, and OPERA timing updates.
I've built nearly 14 years of hospitality experience across Sun Siyam, Six Senses Laamu, Bandos Maldives, and Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives. My work focuses on smooth airport coordination, guest transfer operations, prompt communication, and maintaining high guest-service standards.
At Six Senses Laamu, I supported Front Office transfer and operator teams, handled internal and external calls, and followed up with international and domestic airports for seamless transfers. I also joined the Six Senses Kaplankaya pre-opening taskforce, guiding new hosts on Six Senses and LQA standards.
