At Villa Hotels & Resorts, I work as Team Leader for Cluster Central Reservations, overseeing reservations tasks and serving as the focal point for events and group bookings across the resorts.

I prepare and communicate stop-sale and availability updates to partners, keep online channels up to date, and handle customer and travel-agent complaints. I also train reservations staff and evaluate service standards.

At Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, I was Assistant Reservations Manager after working as Reservations Coordinator. I prepared reports and procedures, maintained rate and inventory controls, and supported Hilton Worldwide’s RevMax initiative to improve upselling and maximize revenue.

Earlier, as Senior Planning Officer at the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (Disaster Management Unit), Maldives, I coordinated with security and tourism stakeholders on crisis-related matters and helped organize industry workshops.
