I’m a crew member with hands-on experience delivering friendly customer service while supporting daily restaurant operations. I bring a strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability in every shift.

In my Burger King role, I operated POS as well as provided customer service, preparing food, and maintaining the restaurant’s cleanliness. I’m comfortable working under routine pressure and staying consistent with service standards.

More recently, I completed trainee training at Mr Price sport in the store storeroom and on the sales floor. I practiced sales floor training and cash desk processes, building confidence in handling front-of-house operational tasks.

My goal is to enhance my professional skills, capabilities, and knowledge in an organization that recognizes hard work and trusts me with responsibilities and challenges. I focus on conflict resolution and teamwork so customers and colleagues experience smooth, dependable service.
