I am a customer-focused retail and hospitality professional with formal training in Tourism and Hospitality and certifications in retail, counter sales, customer care, and cheffing. I bring practical frontline experience supporting customers, processing transactions, and resolving issues professionally.

In my most recent retail role I assisted customers with purchases, processed sales transactions accurately, and made product recommendations based on customer needs. I consistently worked to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

I am computer literate, able to make prompt decisions, work effectively under pressure, and adapt well to new situations. I value constructive feedback and use it to refine my approach and improve performance.
