At KFC, I greeted customers, took orders, prepared menu items to company standards, and ensured food safety and presentation. In retail at PEP I managed orders, assisted with lay-bys, refunds and exchanges, supported courier interactions, and maintained stock and displays.

My strengths include clear communication, time management, problem solving, teamwork and attention to detail—skills I apply to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
